After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A.majoring in Accounting,
Scott spent several years working as an accountant but quickly learned his passion was
elsewhere. Making the change to real estate came naturally for Scott as he excelled quickly,
making top producer his first year in the business after selling 55 homes in the Northlake /
Tucker area.
Over the years Scott worked with several reputable national real estate firms. In 2009,
the time was right for Scott to set out and make his own imprint in Real Estate and became
a licensed broker in the state of Georgia. Once Scotty Real Estate was up and running as an
independent, Scott made it his mission and has successfully achieved his goal to be a widely
sought after Northlake / Tucker housing market expert, working with buyers and sellers to assist them in maximizing their real estate investment.
Scott also brings a unique perspective and skill set to marketing real estate in the Metro
Atlanta area. Being a native and long time resident since 1974 in the Northlake / Tucker area, Scott is in direct touch with what's going on in the community. His extensive knowledge of the Northlake / Tucker neighborhoods, coupled with his real estate expertise saves his clients considerable time and money as he can zero in on locating the perfect house, as well as pricing seller's homes accordingly to produce maximum returns on investment in a reasonably short period of time.
From representing buyers and sellers, Scott has worked hard over the years to excel in the area of staging and redesign. It is these niche services Scott feels is an essential component for getting his listing ready to put on the market and competitive in the current housing market.
