Scott Alexander is the visionary and driving force behind Scotty Real Estate.

He is a highly skilled negotiator, top producer for over 17 years and a tireless worker who has what it takes to make deals happen in the post-boom real estate environment. Scott's keen knowledge of the industry allows him the ability to provide his clients detailed information for making sound decisions, whether they are buying or selling their home.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. majoring in Accounting, Scott spent several years working as an accountant but quickly learned his passion was elsewhere.  Making the transition into real estate came naturally for Scott. He excelled quickly, making top producer his first year in the business after selling 55 homes in the Northlake / Tucker area.

Over the years Scott worked with several reputable national real estate firms.  In 2009, the time was right for Scott to set out and make his own imprint in Real Estate and became a licensed broker in the state of Georgia.  Once Scotty Real Estate was up and running as an independent brokerage, Scott made it his mission and goal to be a widely sought-after Northlake/Tucker housing market expert. With ongoing success, Scott continues working with buyers and sellers to assist them in maximizing their real estate investment.

Scotty Real Estate brings a unique perspective and skill set to marketing real estate in the Metro Atlanta area.  Scott, himself being a native and longtime resident since 1974 in the Northlake / Tucker area, he is in direct touch with what's going on in the community. His extensive knowledge of the Northlake/Tucker neighborhoods, coupled with his real estate expertise saves his clients considerable time and money.  His ability is unsurpassed when it comes to zeroing in to locate the perfect home for buyers and pricing seller's homes accordingly produce a maximum return on investment in a reasonably short period of time. 

Aside from representing buyers and seller, Scott has worked hard over the years to excel within the area of staging and redesign.  It is these specialty services Scott feels is an essential component for getting his listing ready to put on the market and competitive in the current housing market.
